Amour Me is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by lost , stolen , unclaimed packages , or incorrect shipping address.  We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, However we do offer exchanges for eligible items. please contact us within 72 Hours of receiving your order to find out if you are applicable for an exchange or if there are any issues with your item. Failure to contact us within 72 hours (3 days) will result in non resolution. 

Upon inspection ALL Items MUST be in new condition and must be clean meaning ; unworn , unwashed , free of smells , stains , oils , makeup and etc. if not the exchange will be denied.

Any orders placed through Amour Me with a High Risk Fraud alert are automatically cancelled to protect our store from deactivation. Please be aware that Amour Me reserves the right to deny any orders placed at our own discretion.

Amour Me is not responsible for any packages that were shipped to a wrong/incorrect address. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. 

As the customer it is your responsibility to insert the correct and valid mailing address.

FOR "PRE-ORDER" ITEMS : Please note that shipping for all "Pre-Order" Items will require a longer wait time (3-5 weeks) than on hand items, until the inventory arrives. Placing a preorder means that you agree to the processing and transit time of 3-5 weeks. 

Pre-Ordering ensures your size is secured before the inventory arrives, If you chose not to preorder, when inventory arrives only the remaining sizes listed on the website will be available for purchase, for this reason we highly suggest placing a preorder to secure your size.
