Refund policy

NO REFUNDS! 

All sales are final with an exception of exchange IF APPLICABLE, please contact us within 72 Hours (3 days) of receiving your order to find out if you are applicable for an exchange. Items MUST be in new condition and must be clean meaning ; unworn , unwashed , free of smells , stains , oils , makeup and etc. if not the exchange will be denied.

A few items that are not eligible for an exchange include; sale items, white items, laced items or custom made items. These Items are considered final sale and are not eligible for an exchange under any circumstance.  

 If you are applicable for an exchange please be sure to return all items in its original packing. Please keep in mind Amour Me still reserves the right to decline any exchanges at our discretion.

All pre-order purchases are final sale.

Please note that by placing a pre-order, and by agreeing to our Terms & Conditions  at checkout, you are agreeing to the estimated shipping time-frame of 3–5 weeks and the possibility that delays may occasionally occur due to production or shipping factors outside of our control.

Because each pre-order item is reserved and prepared specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once placed.
